History of TSUKASA INDUSTRY's Technology

January 1946	Hiroshi Kato established Kato Welding Industry and started welding business of nonferrous metals.
January 1963	Was renamed Tsukasa Industry. Started fabricating stainless-steel industrial equipment for food, medicals, chemicals and ceramic industries.
January 1968	Developed the protective masks for arc welder tacking "DEN-MEN" and started manufacturing.
April 1970	Developed the electric welder cable reels "DENDRA" and started its sales through the national-wide network. (On the 14th, 15th and 20th All Japan Small and Medium Enterprise Export Exhibition, "DENDRA" was accredited as an excellent item by the Director-General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency.)
August 1972	Started manufacturing stainless-steel tanker lorries for food and chemicals.
July 1973	Put the assembly type powder transfer spouts "DACTON" to practical use and started manufacturing and sales.
October 1974	Developed the expansible flour loading chutes "CLEANLOADER" together with Nisshin Seifun Inc., and started manufacturing and sales.
January 1977	Developed the dust collectors for powder transfer "JETRON" and started manufacturing and sales.
June 1978	Started design, fabrication and distribution of powder plants and related equipment.
May 1987	Standardized the powder devices "POWFILTER", "POWCHANGE & GATE" and "PULSE & SHUTTLE FEEDER", and made the production family. (On the 31st All Japan Small and Medium Enterprise Export Exhibition, POWCHANGE was awarded the Director-General of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency Prize.)
July 1993	Developed the automatic powder sample collectors "POWSAMPLER", and manufactured and sold them.
January 1994	Developed the automatic powder weighing systems "POWSCALE", and manufactured and sold them.
July 1995	Developed the world's smallest class automatic bag openers "POWOPENER" and started manufacturing and sales.
October 1995	Developed the screw-type continuous gross powder flow meters "POWMETER" and started manufacturing and sales.
October 1996	Developed the automatic bag-feeding robots "DEPALLETIZER ROBO & PALLETIZER ROBO" and started manufacturing and sales.
May 1999	Launched the HACCP Project and started research and development of HACCP-compatible products.
June 1999	Developed the powder silos "POWSILO SYSTEM" and the rotary valves made of hardened aluminum alloy POWROTOR, and started manufacturing and sales.
March 2000	Developed the HACCP-compatible in-line sifters for pneumatic conveyance "LINESIFTER" and started manufacturing and sales.
June 2001	Developed "SEP Pneumatic Conveyance System", including the continuous powder driers "POWDRIER", and started manufacturing and sales.
October 2002	Developed the ultra-compact choppers "POWCUTTER" and started manufacturing and sales.
June 2003	Developed the impact mills "LINEMILL" and started manufacturing and sales.
August 2003	Developed the powder traceability software "POWTRACE" and started distribution.
December 2004	Won the 2nd Japan Society for the Promotion of Machine Industry Prize for development of the sifters "LINESIFTER" that is compatible with HACCP, GMP, and AIB.
August 2006	Developed the fine mills "POWJET".
January 2007	Developed the rolling shear motion granulators "POWRYUZER".
January 2007	Developed "POWMIXER CONICAL TYPE HORIZONTAL MODEL" and started manufacturing and sales.
February 2007	Developed the powder sifter integrated simplified packers "POWPACKER" and started manufacturing and sales.
May 2007	Developed "POWMIXER CONICAL TYPE VERTICAL MODEL" and started manufacturing and sales.
October 2007	Developed the powder dischargers "SLOPE FEEDER" and started manufacturing and sales.
April 2008	Started dealing with outsourced processing and test services.
April 2009	Developed powder material adjustment device "WAVE MILL" and started manufactruing and sales.

November 2016	Developed "DIVIDER SCALE DUMPING MODEL COMPACT TYPE" and started manufacturing and sales.
October 2017	Developed "DIVIDER SCALE HYBRID MODEL" and started manufacturing and sales.
June 2018	Developed "DIVIDER SCALE TERMINAL DETACHABLE MODEL" and started manufacturing and sales.
September 2018	Developed "POWOPENER DISASSEMBLY WASING TYPE" and started manufacturing and sales.
October 2018	Developed "POWOPENER LARGE BAG SPECIFICATION" and started manufacturing and sales.
July 2021	Release of "POWMAINTENANCE" that enables predictive maintenance through remote monitoring.
November 2021	Developed "POWSIFTER SPECIAL SPECIFICATION MODEL" and started manufacturing and sales.
January 2022	Started work on articulated robots and system integrators.
January 2023	Newly established DX section to strengthen promotion and response of DX support services.
