System Overview
- This is a fully automated, all-in-one packaging system that incorporates into a single unit all of the necessary functions of conventional bag- opening and powder-feed processes, from bag feed, opening to powder separation, foreign material removal, and air conveyance.
- The single-unit design inhibits contamination by germs and other foreign matter, resisting soiling and helping to ensure an attractive appearance.
- The design facilitates checking, inspecting, and cleaning inside the equipment, and a system that is also outstanding in terms of hygiene as an HACCP-compliant powder-handling plant.
- All electrical wiring and pneumatic piping is housed in boxes and the dust collector is incorporated within the equipment, eliminating the need for dust-collector or secondary-wiring construction, so installation is extremely easy and free of limitations on the installation site.
